About SIGGRAPH Asia

The 9^th ACM SIGGRAPH Conference and Exhibition on Computer Graphics and Interactive Techniques in Asia will take place in Macao at The Venetian Macao from 5 – 8 December 2016. The annual event, which rotates around the Asian region, attracts the most respected technical and creative people from all over the world who are excited by research, science, art, animation, gaming, interactivity, education and emerging technologies.

SIGGRAPH Asia originates from her parent event in the USA: SIGGRAPH. SIGGRAPH is the world's largest conference on computer graphics. It takes place once a year in a city either in the U.S. or Canada, and is attended by tens of thousands of computer graphics professionals. 2016 will be SIGGRAPH’s 43rd edition and the event is one of the most highly respected venues for the presentation of new computer graphics technology and research.
